Tenant information on maintenance

Please watch the tutorial videos below for more information on how to complete basic maintenance tasks on your home. Tenants are responsible for basic maintenance and upkeep on their own dwellings including but not limited to: Smoke / CO detector battery replacement and testing, emergency water shut off, gutter and yard maintenance, replacement of HVAC filters, interior drain cleaning, etc. If necessary, please submit a maintenance request via the form below. If you are experiencing a life-threatening issue (Such as a natural gas leak), CALL 911 RIGHT AWAY.
